Delivery Charges
Olive tree adoption:
UK Mainland: £15
EU: £20
World: £25
All other products:

The high delivery charges for the EU and Rest of World for orders over 2kg are because we have to use a courier service. Our advice is to make sure your order is under 2kg (that's 4 big tins of oil)!

Delivery Schedule
For olive tree adoptions, we aim to send certificates out within 72 hours of receiving all the adoption information, unless otherwise requested. If there is a problem with any of the information we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
For olive tree adoptions, the spring packages are sent out in the first half of April and the autumn packages in the first half of September.
For all other shop orders, packages are sent out the next day. Please let us know if you have any special requirements for the timing of your delivery.
We don't make deliveries over the weekend and a signature may be needed for parcels, so please ensure someone will be available to receive the order. If the recipient isn't at home in the day we'd recommend using a work address or providing us with special, confidential instructions, such as "hide parcel behind the red gnome" or "leave with Mavis the neighbour".
We insure the goods until delivery, but can't be held responsible for failed delivery due to factors beyond our control such as mistakes with addresses.
Currency Conversion
All payments are taken in pounds sterling (£). The guideline prices given in the website for US dollars are based on the Universal Currency Converter (www.xe.com) and updated weekly.
When your credit card is charged, the exchange rate is calculated by the bank at the moment your payment goes through so varies slightly from day to day.
Our Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it, in the same state in which you received it, for a refund or replacement within 10 days of the delivery date. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. We'll refund the cost of the item within 30 days of receiving the returned, undamaged goods.
You can cancel your order at any time before delivery by emailing or calling us before the despatch times stated above.
