Nudo - Straight From the Grove

Giuseppe is an artisanal chocolatier who lives in Macina, the little village where we get our olives pressed. His love of olive oil is second only to his love of chocolate and one day he asked us if he could experiment with some of our flavoured olive oils in some new chocolate truffles he was creating. We smiled politely and said 'Sure' without too much conviction. How wrong can you be? When we tasted his little chocolate wonders we were instantly hooked. So much so that we had to share his flavour miracle by creating Nudo's first chocolate box. In it is a set of dark chocolate truffles with ganache fillings in three flavours - made with mandarin, lemon and chilli oil. And the box is pretty as a picture too.
