Nudo sapa

With its sweet toffee aroma and smoky taste, sapa was the original sweetener, used and beloved by the ancient Romans. We'd like everyone to rediscover it. Try it instead of balsamic vinegar in salad dressings, on oven roasts and even ice cream. It's made from the must of grapes, slowly cooked down for 24 hours and then aged in wooden barrels for up to a year.
