Nudo - Straight From the Grove

There's no denying that Jason and Cathy, who run Rosalio, are committed. At harvest time they've been known to be out picking before the sun comes up and after it’s gone down, an endeavour which involves the consumption of an awful lot of carrots. They spent the last three years jumping through the hoops of official organic certification and are proud now to present their very first officially organic, officially delicious, olive oil crop.
