A bit about the land:

Nina and Ivano Natali are the proud custodians of a number of olive groves surrounding the medieval village of Civitanova Alta. They have trees of all ages, the oldest having been planted by their predecessors over 70 years ago.

A bit about the farmer:

Nina, Ivano and their two daughters run the local olive press, which means they are the very heart of the local community. At harvest time small olive producers from miles around entrust their precious booty to the Natali olive press. They have a state of the art modern press which uses tiny hammers to crush the olives.
