A bit about the land:
This large area is on a camber from the East right through to the South. A bit of everything, it’s a bit like Europe with all different shapes and sizes of tree living together in harmony.

A bit about the trees:
The trees are often attacked by fast growing brambles. We have to cut these back by hand once or twice a year. But it’s worth it when harvest time comes around.
